1. Subject of Services

Access to educational materials is provided on a subscription or individual purchase basis, according to the plan chosen by the user. We do not guarantee specific results from completing the courses.

2. User Rights and Obligations

Users are required to provide accurate and complete information during registration and must not share their login credentials with third parties. Any activity conducted through the personal account is the responsibility of the account holder.

• Users have the right to access content for which they have paid, for the duration specified in the chosen plan.
• Redistribution, reproduction, or resale of materials is prohibited without the written consent of the administrators.
• Users may request technical assistance through the available contact channels.

3. Provider's Responsibility

The provider makes reasonable efforts to maintain the platform's functionality and the accuracy of the content, but cannot be held responsible for any technical errors or temporary service interruptions.

To the extent permitted by law, the provider's liability is limited to the value of the subscription paid by the user in the last 12 months. We assume no responsibility for indirect losses or moral damages.

4. Usage Limitations

Users are not allowed to use the platform for illegal purposes or to infringe upon the rights of others. Any attempt to compromise system security or access other users' data will result in immediate account suspension.

• The use of bots or automated scripts to extract content is not permitted.
• Aggressive communication or harassment of other users is strictly prohibited.

5. Payment and Refund Conditions

Payments are made in advance, according to the rates displayed on the website. Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase, provided the user has not accessed more than 20% of the respective course content.

For monthly subscriptions, a refund applies only to the current month if the request is made within the first 7 days of renewal. All refund requests are processed within a maximum of 10 business days.

6. Termination of Use

The user may terminate the use of services at any time by deleting their account, provided all outstanding obligations are fully paid. The provider reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account in case of a serious breach of the terms.

Upon termination, access to purchased content is lost, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Modification of Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified at least 30 days before the changes take effect, via email or through an announcement on the platform.

Continued use of the services after the update implies acceptance of the new terms. In case of disagreement, the user may cancel the services before the effective date.
